What you will do:

Undertake statutory safeguarding enquiries in accordance with the Care Act 2014, responding to concerns of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and harm.

Conduct comprehensive safeguarding assessments to identify risks and determine appropriate interventions that protect adults while promoting independence and choice.

Apply Making Safeguarding Personal principles, ensuring individuals remain at the centre of safeguarding decision-making and planning.

Develop, implement, and review safeguarding plans that reflect individuals' desired outcomes and minimise identified risks.

Complete Care Act assessments to identify strengths, needs, risks, and eligibility for support.
