Are you an experienced Recovery Practitioner looking for a temporary opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise? If so, we have the perfect role for you at Spire Norwich Hospital.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting patients before, during, and after their surgical procedures. Your primary focus will be to deliver safe, high-quality care, ensuring patients are closely monitored and well-supported throughout their recovery journey.

During your shifts, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs in the recovery phase
  • Managing pain relief and post-operative care
  • Ensuring patients are comfortable, stable, and reassured following procedures
  • Working collaboratively with medical and nursing teams to coordinate care plans
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating any changes in condition

At Spire Norwich Hospital, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care. Our modern facility includes four operating theatres, two wards (50 beds), and a busy outpatient and diagnostic imaging department, offering a progressive and supportive working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A relevant healthcare qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse or ODP)
  • Previous experience working in a recovery or theatre setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
