This locum position offers an hourly rate ranging from £19.73 to £23.37, depending on experience. The role is ongoing and requires full-time commitment. It's essential to be a car driver with access to a car, as 70% of the role involves travelling across various locations such as South Suffolk, Central area, Coastal North area, and West area. With at least three years of experience in working with families, you will be ensuring positive changes in family dynamics. Initially, you'll need to be present in an office to support induction, shadowing, or joint visiting.

What you will do

• Work directly within families' homes to promote positive change and support the family structure in a practical, meaningful way.
• Engage with families' networks to deliver comprehensive case work that aligns with their needs and requirements.
• Facilitate Family Time (Supervised Contact) by transporting children and monitoring parent-child interactions to support legal processes.
• Attend necessary meetings and keep comprehensive records to support the overall objectives of the service.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of three years' experience working with families.
• Driving Licence: Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle, as extensive travel across multiple locations is required.
• Availability: Ability to attend the office initially for induction, shadowing, and joint visits.
