What you will do

  • Work with children, families, carers, groups, and communities to assess needs, strengths, and areas of risk.
  • Undertake assessments and interventions using the Signs of Safety practice model.
  • Ensure children's voices, wishes, and feelings remain central to all assessments, planning, and decision-making.
  • Complete safeguarding assessments, including Section 47 enquiries, where required.
  • Develop, implement, review, and evaluate care and support plans that promote positive outcomes.
  • Manage a varied caseload while maintaining high standards of professional practice and accountability.
  • Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice to enhance service delivery and professional development.
  • Support families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve sustainable change.
