Job Advert: Home Manager - Nursing Home (Liverpool)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Liverpool

Howard Finley Care are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead and inspire our clients existing team at a reputable nursing home in Liverpool. With an overall CQC rating of 'Good', we are striving to enhance one area of performance, and they need a passionate leader to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to achieve this goal.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Work to maintain and improve compliance standards, especially focusing on raising the CQC rating in a targeted area.
• Collaborate with families, residents, and the wider community to ensure excellent standards of care.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to provide the best possible care.
• Introduce and implement new initiatives that align with the home's vision for continuous improvement.

• Either a Nursing Qualification (RGN, RMN) or NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a proactive approach to compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and the ability to inspire your team.
