Job Description
Job Title: Registered Children's Registered Manager
Location: Wembley
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonuses
About The Role:
New Home opening and we are seeking an OFSTED Registered Manager to help set up the home. You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met.
To be considered for the role you must have:
* Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience (min 2 years) in a children's home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
