As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing all aspects of the care home to ensure a safe, effective, and caring environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including CQC standards.
• Inspiring and developing a team of skilled and compassionate professionals.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality care services.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration (preferred but not essential).
• Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
