Healthcare Assistants Needed in South Oxfordshire

Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our clients award winning care home. This care home cares for elderly and dementia residents and are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their qualified team on permanent contracts.

Healthcare Assistant vacancy details:

• £12.62 per hour (no NVQS) £13.65 (NVQ Level 2+)
• Part time and Full time contracts.
• Permanent position.
• Day shifts available.
• 8pm - 8am start and finish times

Healthcare Assistant Must Haves:

• At least 1 year experience as a HCA in a residential / nursing home.
• NVQ Qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Drivers preferred due to the location of the home.

Healthcare Assistant main duties:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, showering and using the toilet.
• Utilising equipment to move residents when necessary.
• Helping tidy the residents room.
• Taking the resident vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required).
• No Sponsorship offered.
