This role offers a mix of office-based and field duties, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Carer Management: Oversee carer on-boarding, rosters, training, development, and welfare with the support of your Regional Manager and Support Office.
• Training Excellence: Training to ensure carers are fully prepared to provide exceptional care.
• Compliance & Safeguarding: Utilize One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities, emphasizing safeguarding and compliance.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate with the Support Office on scheduling, client care, and HSE communication.
• Team Development: Identify and manage training needs within your team, implementing a career development path aligned with HR strategy.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct and record Client Quality Assurance reviews in line with company and HSE standards.
• Flexibility: Take on additional duties as needed to support the highest level of care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
