There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.
Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you'll have the shifts at Field House secured that you want.

What you will be doing

You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

Where you will be working

Location: Chesterfield Road, Shirland, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DT

You will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.

The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history of trauma and/or attachment disorders.

You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk taking which enables self-reliance and builds trust and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
