Job Description

Deputy Home Manager - Nursing Home

Salary: £52,500 per annum

Location: Woodbridge

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Deputy Home Manager looking to make a difference in a vibrant, supportive, and professional environment? Our renowned nursing home in Horsham is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the nursing home.

Ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents in line with individual care plans and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and lead the nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.

Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.

Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin.

Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with previous leadership experience preferred.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals.
