What you will do:

* Oversee Care and Support Plans, ensuring all interventions are timely and resources are effectively utilised.

* Collaborate with divisions and external agencies to deliver a seamless service for adults and their carers.

* Act as Safeguarding Adults Manager for investigations and lead safeguarding enquiry meetings.
