What you will do:

* Conduct thorough assessments of children and families referred to the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).

* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to gather relevant information and provide informed safeguarding decisions.

* Develop intervention plans that address identified needs and monitor their effectiveness.

* Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all casework in line with statutory guidelines.

* Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions to facilitate integrated working practices.

* Provide advice and support to families and professionals on safeguarding issues and protocols.
