What you will do:

- Attend Accommodation Panel : Actively participate in accommodation panels to ensure every decision supports the best outcomes for service users.

- Complete Placement Reviews : Conduct detailed assessments of out-of-borough placements to guarantee they meet the evolving needs of service users.

- Support Team with Internal Placement Reviews : Provide assistance to the team by performing regular evaluations on all placements to ensure their continual suitability.

- Conduct Placement Spot Checks : Carry out regular spot checks to ensure that placements adhere to standards and effectively support service user needs.

- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Engage with healthcare providers, community organisations, and social services to deliver comprehensive care.

- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all activities and reviews, complying with confidentiality and data protection legislation.

- Participate in Meetings and Training : Take part in meetings and training to stay informed on the latest social work practices and legislative updates.
