- Position: Complex Care Assistant (Bank)
Hourly Pay: £11.44
Location: Bradford
Shifts Available:- Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Night Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
As a Sonderwell Complex Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will provide personalized care for clients with complex needs, helping them to live the life they choose. Joining our supportive team means receiving comprehensive training and development to ensure you are fully equipped to provide the best care possible.
Your Role
At Sonderwell, we believe every individual is unique, and that philosophy extends to the care we offer. Whether it's assisting with medical appointments, helping with daily routines, or providing more intensive care, you'll be there to meet each client's distinct needs.
Building a connection with clients is at the heart of what we do. You'll be expected to assist with both the emotional and physical aspects of care, including:- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning
- Ventilation care
- Medication Administration
- Driver required due to location
What's Needed
We're looking for individuals who have:- A caring personality
- Relevant care experience or a willingness to learn
- The ability to handle both emotional and physical aspects of care

- The opportunity to pursue a relevant NVQ
- Support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager
