What you will do:
* Assist the Team Manager in the organisation, management, and supervision of social care services, ensuring high-quality support for adults within the mental health sector.
* Contribute to strategic planning and the development of services, integrating stakeholder feedback and performance data to continually improve service delivery.
* Support the management and supervision of the team, including staff development, induction of new staff, and adherence to departmental policies and guidelines.
