What you will do:
- Manage a Children and Families caseload, dealing with complex and diverse cases, involving assessments, reviews, interventions, and report preparation to address children's needs effectively.
- Ensure collaborative relationships by engaging children, parents, and family members in the assessment and planning processes, directly impacting outcomes.
- Foster empowerment in service users by building on individual strengths and developing risk management strategies that reflect in assessments and plans.
- Coordinate with partner professionals and agencies to ensure a cohesive assessment and planning process, enhancing the delivery of services.
- Contribute to the Service's engagement strategy, taking responsibility for key professional relationships depending on your level.
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of available services and leverage that knowledge for better outcomes through evidence-based matching.
- Maintain thorough records that demonstrate engagement and aid in quality assurance frameworks, including tracking quantitative, qualitative, and outcome-based information from your interactions with children and families.
- Engage in quality assurance activities, adapting your practice based on findings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on new research, legislation, and guidance, applying them in practice for enhanced outcomes.
