Qualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disability Team in Rotherham, earning £33.12 hourly. This is an ongoing, full-time locum position. What you will do:

* Deliver high-quality social care services to vulnerable adults within the local community.

* Conduct thorough investigations and assessments, offering evidence-based reports for complex cases.

* Develop tailored support plans, coordinating the necessary services while maximising available resources.

* Advocate for clients' dignity, respect, and self-determination while ensuring adherence to safeguarding protocols.

* Maintain accurate records and regularly update clients' progress through the department's IT system.

* Partner with local organisations to enhance the multi-agency approach and support services continuity.
