Job Description
Location: Dronfield
Salary: £13.95 per hour
Hours: 36-44 hours per week
Shifts: Day shifts

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our care team. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Assist with personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities.
- Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor residents' health and update care plans accordingly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to elderly care.
