What you will do:

* Complete detailed Regulation 24 assessments to determine suitability of care arrangements.

* Conduct thorough court viability assessments ensuring all legal documentation is meticulously prepared and presented.

* Execute comprehensive Form C assessments to evaluate the needs and suitability of kinship carers.

* Perform SGO (Special Guardianship Order) assessments to ensure long-term care arrangements meet both regulatory and family requirements.

* Supervise and support kinship foster carers, providing guidance and resources to enhance their caregiving roles and ensure compliance with policies.
