Are you kind, caring, and passionate about supporting older people? We are a large, friendly nursing home in Brentwood, specialising in elderly and dementia care, and we are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

• £12.12 per hour
• 36 hours per week - A stable and fulfilling role
• 8am - 8pm shifts - Work-life balance with alternate weekends off

As a Care Assistant, you will:

? Provide high-quality personal care - including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting
? Support mobility and daily activities - helping residents stay active and engaged
? Offer companionship - building strong relationships and providing emotional support
? Assist at mealtimes - ensuring residents have the nutrition and hydration they need
? Monitor residents' well-being - reporting any concerns to senior staff
? Maintain a safe and clean environment - following infection control and safety procedures
