What you will do:
* Act as a key worker for young people, ensuring care plans are developed and implemented to support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
* Collaborate with the young person and related parties to provide the best care.
* Facilitate individual and group sessions to support complex care plans and foster growth.
* Maintain precise administrative records, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
* Participate in staff development programs to enhance professional skills in line with unit policies.
* Contribute to the daily operations and domestic activities of the unit to create a home-like environment.
* Supervise and guide staff, enhancing their skills and performance through routine supervision and advice.
* Oversee pocket money, cash floats, and minor budgets, maintaining accurate financial records.
* Step in as the unit lead in the absence of the Team Manager, managing day-to-day operations.
