What you will do:
* Provide high-quality assessments and interventions within the child protection team, striving to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
* Formulate and implement care plans, coordinating with relevant agencies and professionals to ensure integrated service delivery.
* Conduct regular visits to children and families in line with statutory requirements, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
* Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, providing expert guidance on safeguarding issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, preparing reports for meetings and court proceedings when necessary.
* Support families through challenging circumstances with empathy, and advocate for the children's best interests.
