Job Description
Chase Medical is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Ofsted sector for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to children in Saxmundham, Ipswich. What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant residential care experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- A track record of achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade in Ofsted Inspections.
