Registered Manager (Ofsted) - Children's HomeHours: Full-timeSalary: Up to £72,725 (Inc bonus)Location: Redhill A leading independent residential childcare provider in Redhill is currently looking for a Registered Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are also offering a £5,000 relocation bonus for anyone willing to move to take on this role.What makes this role unique:- Each home has a designated psychologist and community support.- A dedicated education service is provided.- Industry-leading training and support from renowned psychologists.- Opportunities for direct therapeutic work with children.- Membership in the Community of Communities.- Child-centered budgets and homes decorated to the highest standards.- A supportive and reliable on-call system.The provider offers a competitive salary of £52,725, along with potential bonuses of up to £18,000, as well as a generous annual leave package, a group pension, on-site parking, and many additional benefits!In this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a role relevant to the residential care of children.- At least 2 years in a position supervising and managing staff.- An NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).- A recent "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted inspections.Benefits include:- Salary of £50,725 plus up to £18,000 in bonuses (totaling £70,725).- 224 hours of holiday, gradually increasing to 248 hours after 4 years of employment.- An additional 3.5 days of leave (one for your birthday, one for health and wellbeing, one for volunteering, and a half-day for festive celebrations).- Service awards of £200 (2 years), £400 (5 years), and £600 (10 years), plus up to £500 for special recognition for outstanding practice.- Training options for Level 7 and therapeutic training qualifications.- Private healthcare.
