Job Description
Children's Deputy Manager - Burton on Trent
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (with some additional shifts as required to support the home's needs)
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to help lead a children's home in Burton on Trent.
You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of care in line with Ofsted regulations.
What we're looking for:
? Experience in children's residential care
? Strong leadership and management skills
? Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
