Job Description
Ofsted Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (with some additional shifts as required to support the home's needs)
Are you an experienced leader in children's residential care? We are seeking a passionate and driven Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee a children's home in Liverpool.
In this role, you will ensure high-quality care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and a safe, nurturing environment for young people. You'll lead and support a dedicated team to make a real difference in children's lives.
Requirements:
? Experience managing a children's residential home
? Strong leadership & team management skills
? In-depth knowledge of safeguarding & Ofsted regulations
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
