What you will do:

* Manage the care and support for children looked after and care leavers, diligently fulfilling statutory duties under Part 6 of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (2014) Wales.

* Collaborate effectively with social services teams and other agencies to create strong, collaborative partnerships.

* Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused social care to children and their families, while taking into account risks associated with each case.

* Build effective and trusting relationships with children and their families to ensure their needs are met and voices heard.

* Stay up-to-date with current practices and standards in social care to maintain the highest levels of professional service.
