* Be part of a resilient and supportive community striving for positive change in a key sector.
* Gain invaluable experience in a leading-edge safeguarding team working on critical social issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Significant post-qualification experience in a social work role, with a proven ability to contribute to management decisions.
* Demonstrated experience in supporting and supervising staff, with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a challenging environment.
* A strong commitment to supporting the learning and development of others and fostering continuous improvement.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of working with vulnerable children and young people, especially in relation to safeguarding and exploitation.
* Experience working collaboratively with partners to address complex safeguarding and contextual risks.
* A highly dynamic approach, with the ability to thrive in a challenging and unpredictable environment.
