Job Description
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (hybrid Bolton based)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic community home care agency team. In this role, you will work with individuals in the community who have complex needs and behaviours, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. You will play a key role in creating and implementing person-centred Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans that promote independence, improve quality of life, and reduce challenging behaviours.
