What you will do:

* You will manage the Community Deprivation of Liberty (DoL) process from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.

* Engage in court of protection work, skilfully carrying out mental capacity assessments and completing Best Interest assessments.

* Prepare detailed court of protection statements and complete forms such as the COP DOL 11 with precision.

* Collaborate with Rule 1.2 Representatives, families, service providers, and stakeholders in the community, including supported living and shared lives environments.

* Provide guidance and support to fellow social workers within your team regarding the Community DoL process, ensuring adherence to best practices.
