Salary: £60k-£70k + Bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee an Ofsted-registered children's home in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation committed to providing exceptional care for vulnerable children and young people.

• Ensure the home operates in compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

• Provide leadership and support to the Registered Manager and residential care team.

• Oversee safeguarding policies, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

• Act as the key liaison with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure positive outcomes for children in care.

? Proven experience in children's residential care at a senior level.
? Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and child protection.
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
? Passion for providing high-quality care and driving positive change.
