What you will do:
* Conduct thorough assessments and manage child protection cases, deploying timely interventions to safeguard children at risk.

* Prepare detailed court reports, deliver expert recommendations, and participate in court proceedings as required.
* Provide targeted support and interventions to families, aiming to mitigate risks and foster long-term positive outcomes.
* Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to legislative and council policy, thereby managing complex caseloads efficiently.
Requirements:
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
* Demonstrated experience in child protection, safeguarding, and frontline social work.
* In-depth understanding of the Children's Act 1989 and safeguarding protocols.
* Ability to prioritise, manage workloads independently, and communicate effectively.
