What you will do:

* Conduct Community Deprivation of Liberty (DOL) processes and complete necessary paperwork.

* Perform mental capacity assessments (COP 3) and complete Best Interest assessments.

* Prepare Court of Protection statements (COP24) and submit COP DOL 11 forms.

* Collaborate with Rule 1.2 Representatives, families, service providers, and community organisations to ensure excellent service delivery.

* Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding the Community DOL process.

* Develop and implement reviews and support plans for clients.
