Salary: £16.77 per hour + 10% quarterly bonus

Our client, a reputable Nursing/Care Home based in Edwinstowe, is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-regarded, 49-bed home that has earned a Good CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the care home

Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Support the development of the care team, ensuring training and mentorship

Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the home
