Social Worker - Adoption Team (Part Time) within Children in Northampton (UK) £33,568 to £36,597 Annually

What you will do:
* Engage with children and families to build constructive and respectful relationships, ensuring the welfare of children is paramount
* Manage a complex and diverse caseload, adhering to required standards and employing effective problem-solving skills
* Collaborate closely with multi-agency teams to deliver tailored support and guidance
* Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and make informed recommendations to improve outcomes for children and families
* Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous development of the service
* Attend court proceedings and provide professional evidence as and when required
