Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Locum Social Worker Adults Level 3 within the Homeless Accommodation Team in Enfield earning £32 per hour on an ongoing basis. This role offers full-time and part-time options to suit your needs. What you will do:

* Undertake comprehensive needs assessments in line with the Care Act 2014.

* Provide intensive support for societal integration and crisis intervention, ensuring it is proportionate and appropriate.

* Foster a multiagency approach to deliver holistic support services.

* Support clients in sustaining their tenancies and transitioning to appropriate long-term accommodation, reducing the risk of returning to the streets.

* Collaborate with a solid support team that includes welfare and employment advisors.

* You'll be part of the Enfield RSAP, which provides accommodation to up to 20 Housing First tenants

* Offering essential in-reach support to individuals with a history of rough sleeping

As part of this project, you'll help those with complex needs integrate smoothly into community living.

Ideal candidates will need an in-depth knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983. Experience working with mental health and addiction issues is essential, as is the ability to work within a dedicated team.
