Locum Social Worker within Assessment Team in Hereford UK earning £30.59 Hourly Ongoing Full Time
We are seeking accomplished Social Workers to join us on our improvement journey in Herefordshire. As part of the Assessment Team, you will engage directly with children and families and collaborate with other staff and partner agencies. You will ensure referrals are managed in a child-focused and timely manner by conducting assessments and investigating concerns. Your goal is to determine the appropriate support for both the child and their family. Fully qualified with a DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent, you will bring at least 2 years of experience in statutory social care. You will possess refined skills in assessment, report writing, and complex caseload management, all of which are crucial for enhancing the lives of children and families in Herefordshire.
