What you will do:

* Provide expert support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring high standards of care for children in the fostering system.

* Conduct assessments and prepare reports to inform and guide fostering decisions.

* Work closely with family and friends/kinship carers to provide support and consultation around their unique fostering needs.

* Liaise and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote the best outcomes for children in care.

* Attend regular meetings and contribute to team development and strategic planning.
