About You:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with:

Progressing toward or holding a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People
Previous experience in managing or deputising in an OFSTED-regulated children's home
A solid understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to manage care quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
