What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to understand and respond to their needs and risks.

* Prepare and present reports at multi-disciplinary conferences and court proceedings.

* Provide expert testimony when necessary to social work proceedings and cases.

* Manage a varied and complex caseload whilst maintaining accurate records.

* Mentor and support less experienced staff to ensure professional development within the team.
