Support Worker

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week (Days,Nights and Weekends) , making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at .

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

At Cygnet Manor, we support 20 men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs who may also have behaviours that challenge in a homely and community facing environment.

Your day-to-day...

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
