Job Advert Role Description

Alexandra House is located in Gloucester. Our service offers residential support for nine males and females with a learning disability, who may also have a physical disability. We are off a main road, near to the town centre.

Our team are dedicated to encouraging the people we care for to take control of their lives and believe in their potential. We want to make positive outcomes a reality for everyone, regardless of age or presumed ability.

We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team. You will support the Registered Manager by being responsible for key areas of service provision and in their absence being responsible for the overall service, including providing, managing and coordinating of support for residents.

You will ideally also have a good understanding of budgets, along with the ability to manage rotas, lead a team of staff and be able to meet with internal and external stakeholders when required
