- Support Worker Opportunity in Slough
£14.42 - £15.45 per hour
MUST HAVE a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a friendly, sociable man in Slough who loves attending clubs and staying active in the community. Your role will be vital in supporting him with daily activities, helping him build independence, and offering meaningful companionship.
What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
- Assisting with community outings and appointments
- Encouraging independence and skill-building
- Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
- Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team
- Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
- A friendly, supportive working environment
- Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth
- Regular check-ins and guidance from our Clinical Lead Nurse
- Both online and in-person training provided
- Enhanced DBS check covered by us
