&nbsp;As a Residential Support Worker, you must:<ul>
<li>Be over the age of 18 to apply</li><li>Have the right to work in the UK</li><li>Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship</li><li>Up to 6 month’s experience within a healthcare setting</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Use own initiative when required.</li><li>A Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)</li><li>Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (desirable)</li><li>Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector</li><li>An understanding of the needs of looked after young people.</li><li>An understanding the principles of safeguarding and child protection</li><li>Effective and accurate reporting, recording and administrative skills.</li><li>An understanding of intervention strategies.</li><li>Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector</li></ul>
